The contact person and responsible professional within the meaning of Section 10, Paragraph 3 of the Interstate Treaty on Media Services is attorney Dr. Holger Delventhal. Attorney Dr. Holger Delventhal is a member of the Hamburg Bar Association. The Hamburg Bar Association is the responsible supervisory authority within the meaning of Section 6, No. 3 of the Teleservices Act.

Attorney Dr. Holger Delventhal is insured with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin, Germany. The insured sum is €2,000,000.00.

Conflicting interests

Lawyers are prohibited from pursuing conflicting interests due to professional regulations (Section 43a, Paragraph 4 of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO). Therefore, before accepting a mandate, a review is always carried out to determine whether a conflict of interest exists.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution upon request at the regional Hamburg Bar Association (pursuant to Section 73 Paragraph 2 No. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 Paragraph 5 BRAO) or at the Bar Conciliation Board (Section 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association in Berlin (www.brak.de).
