Specialist Solicitor and Professional Attorney for Labour Law and Labor Legislation

The activity in the job is for each of us an important life subject. It serves not only the material safety of our life – in addition, it is also connected with many human and social contacts and has quite decisive influence on our self-esteem and our internal balance, briefly: on our well-being.

Often there arise conflicts in the job which can have a serious influence on our whole life.

The resolving of such conflicts is a long-standing main focus of my occupation. I act for employers and employees in all questions of the labour legislation advisory and in the guidance of court procedure.

Also beyond this subject area I represent employee and employer with all problems concerning to labour law, - extrajudicial and judicially in the whole federal territory and before all courts (labour court (Arbeitsgericht), state labour court (Landesarbeitsgericht) as well as before the Federal Labour Court (Bundesarbeitsgericht)).

Change notices, warning letters, admonitions, notices etc

Representation of employees and employers during negotiations about the ending
