The main focus of my juridical activity is to consult and to represent parties in connection with German Inheritance Law and German Real Estate Law. I consult and represent german clients as well as foreign clients in these areas.

 

I represent foreign clients in all cases which are connected with German Inheritance Law and / or German Real Estate Law.  This includes cases with German Last Wills, Testaments and other Inheritance Regulations etc.. And this includes all kinds of cases with foreign Last Wills, Testaments, Inheritance Regulations etc., which have a connection to Germany. This are cases, which concern any kind of inheritance property in Germany (especially inheritance of estates and assetts, properties and ownerships, buildings, houses, condominiums, land grounds, real estates etc.) but also all other subjects of inheritance property.
