This applies in similar manner also to the real estate owner and renter: Though the acquisition of a real estate is valid as a good kind of investment; nevertheless, quickly juridical troubles and conflicts which affect then immediately the value of the investment object can also arise from this acquisition.

A main focus of my activity lies in the consultation of renters and tenants with the ending of rental contracts and the negotiations linked with compensation payments. Due to my specialisation and experience succeed in obtaining exceptionally good results.
Another main focus is the representation of clients in purchases and sales of real estate in particular of the negotiations. Contesting and setting unsuccessful real estate purchases also apply. Moreover, I advise clients about real estate purchases from foreclosures.
Because law of inheritance is my other specialisation, I am often entrusted with the cases which are connected with inherit and leaving bequest of real estate. In addition, I am at your disposal in all other questions of the real estate law including the broker's law and the neighborhood law.
